α-干扰素治疗丙肝的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of alpha interferon therapy in treating hepatitis C

目的:研究并分析对丙肝实行α-干扰素临床的疗效。方法:选取我院2012年4月—2014年4月所收治的90例丙肝患者,选择α-干扰素实行医治,分析病理期、年龄对于医治疗效的影响。结果:实行α-干扰素医治后,显效23例、有效28例、无效29例,其有效率是67.8%。结论:对于丙肝选取α-干扰素医治效果虽然有一定效果,但是并没有达到满意程度,还应实行深入研究和应用。

Objective: To study and analyze the clinical effects of alpha interferon therapy in treating hepatitis C. Methods: 90patients with the hepatitis C who accepted treatments in our hospital from April, 2012 to April, 2014 were taken as the research objects, andthese patients were treated with the alpha interferon therapy. Then, the influence of pathology and age on the treatment effect was analyzed.Results: After treatment of alpha interferon, 23 cases were markedly effective, 28 cases were effective, 29 cases were ineffective, and theeffective rate was 67.8%. Conclusion: The treatment of alpha interferon for hepatitis C has a certain effect, but it had not reached the levelof satisfaction, thus it should be thoroughly researched and applied.
