针灸联合加味小承气汤灌肠治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻86例分析

Analysis of treatment of 86 cases with early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction by acupuncture and moxibustion combined with modified Xiaocheng Qi Decoction enema

目的:观察针灸联合加味小承气汤灌肠治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻(EPISBO)的效果。方法:选取在我院行腹部手术后发生EPISBO的86例患者,随机均分为对照组(加味小承气汤)和观察组(针灸+加味小承气汤),两组均包含43例患者,比较两组患者的疗效、症状缓解时间。结果:1观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.4%(41/43),对照组为81.4%(35/43),两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);2观察组患者的呕吐、腹痛、腹胀缓解时间分别为(4.93±1.84)h、(39.51±8.42)h、(50.16±5.11)h,对照组分别为(8.17±2.13)h、(47.94±10.23)h、(85.37±5.40)h,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用针灸与加味小承气汤灌肠治疗EPISBO,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,疗效显著,值得推广与应用。

Objective: To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with modified Xiaocheng Qi Decoction enema in thetreatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction (EPISBO effect. Methods: 86 patients with EPISBO after abdominaloperation were selected and randomly divided into a control group (modified Xiaocheng Qi Decoction) and an observation group(acupuncture + modified xiaochengqi decoction) with 43 patients in each group. The clinical efficacy symptoms remission time werecompared between the two groups. Results: ①The totaleffective rate in the observation group was 95.4% (41/43) and that of the controlgroup was 81.4% (35/43); the differences were significantly important (P<0.05); ②The remission time in the observation group patients forvomiting, abdominal pain, and bloating were respectively (4.93 ± 1.84) h, (39.51 ± 8.42) h, and (50.16 ± 5.11) h, while those of thecontrol group were respectively (8.17 ± 2.13) h, (47.94 ± 10.23) h, and (85.37 ± 5.40) h; there was significant differences between the twogroups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with modified Xiaocheng Qi Decoctioncan effectively relievesymptoms in the treatment of EPISBO with obvious effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
