中医护理技术在肿瘤晚期病人的应用效果观察

Observation of the application effect of TCM nursing in patients with advanced malignant tumor

目的:探讨运用中医护理理论护理肿瘤晚期病人的临床效果。方法:选择2014年2月—2015年2月在我院就诊的100例肿瘤晚期病人,随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例,对照组给予常规化疗和护理,观察组在常规治疗、护理基础上辅助中医治疗及辨证施护。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度、生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:肿瘤晚期病人在正常的治疗和常规护理基础上同时运用中医护理技术能有效提高患者的护理满意度及改善患者的生活质量。具有很高的应用价值。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of TCM nursing in patients with advanced malignant tumor. Method: 100patients with advanced malignant tumor treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into theobservation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given standard chemotherapy and nursingwhile the observation group received TCM treatment and dialectical nursing on the basis of the conventional treatment. Results: Thepatients’ satisfaction with nursing care, quality of life score of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: TCM nursing combined with the normal treatment and routine nursingcare could improve patients’ satisfaction and the quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumor, it was of high application value.
