《傅青主女科》中归、芎在防治生殖疾病中的应用

The application of Angelica Sinensis and Ligusticum Wallichii in preventing and treating the diseases of reproduction in Fu Qingzhu Nvke

目的:探讨傅氏运用当归及川芎在防治生殖疾病尤其是产后病的用药规律,指导临床对生殖疾病(产后病)的防治。方法:通过阅读《傅青主女科》原书及查阅相关文献,对傅氏防治生殖疾病主要是产后病应用的方剂、药物建立EXCEL数据库,运用SPSS13.0分析当归、川芎和归、芎药对的应用频数、频率,及归芎同用的方剂中归芎之间的药量比例。结果:傅氏在防治产后病应用当归的频数是71,频率是9.3%;川芎的频数是59,频率是7.7%;归、芎药对出现49次,频率约为42.6%,且当归的药量每多于川芎的药量。结论:在防治生殖疾病尤其是产后病的临床应用中,应重视当归和川芎的应用及归芎的用药药量,防治产后病的方剂首推生化汤,治疗血虚证首选四物汤。

Objective: To explore the rule of applying prescriptions in preventing and treating the diseases of reproduction, especiallythe puerperal diseases in Fu Qingzhu Nvke, and to provide clinical guidance. Methods: After reading Fu Qingzhu Nvke and consulting therelated literatures, a database on the prescriptions and the herbs that Fu used in preventing and treating the diseases of reproduction,especially the puerperal diseases, was made, the ratio, frequency and the dosage ratio of Angelica Sinensis and Ligusticum Wallichii andthe couplet medicines of Angelica Sinensis and Ligusticum Wallichii were analyzed by using SPSS 13.0. Results: The applicationfrequency of Angelica Sinensis was 71, the ratio was 9.3%. While the application frequency of Ligusticum Wallichii was 59, the ratio was7.7% in preventing and treating the puerperal diseases. The application of couplet medicines of Angelica Sinensis and Ligusticum Wallichiiwas 49, the ratio was 42.6%, the dose of Radix Angelica Sinennsis was more than that of Ligusticum Wallichii. Conclusion: More attentionshould be given to the application of Angelica Sinennsis and Ligusticum Wallichii, and the dosage of them in the clinical application toprevent and treat the diseases of reproduction, especially the puerperal diseases. The best prescription to prevent and treat puerperaldiseases was Shenghua Decoction while Siwu Decoction was the best prescription in treating blood deficiency.
