缬沙坦对慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体及血、尿转化生长因子β_1水平的影响

摘要 目的:探析缬沙坦对慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体及血、尿转化生长因子β1水平的影响。方法:随机抽取我院及珠海市人民医院门诊与住院部在2015年1月—2016年2月诊治的180例血肌酐非透析性慢性肾功能衰竭患者,分为两组,一组患者未实施干预,另一组患者使用缬沙坦进行干预,对比与统计分析两组患者的NT-pro BNP与TGF-β1。结果:对照组患者的血尿TGF-β1的差异性不显著(P>0.05)。干预组患者治疗前12周的血尿TGF-β1的差异性显著(P<0.05)。但治疗后12周的血尿TGF-β1的差异性不显著(P>0.05)。干预组患者治疗前后的NT-pro BNP分别是(739.6±85.6)pg/ml、(197.2±57.3)pg/ml,对照组分别是分别是(757.7±42.1)pg/ml、(291.0±78.1)pg/ml,干预组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦降低慢性肾功能衰竭患者的NT-pro BNP与TGF-β1,控制患者病情的发展。 Objective: To explore the effect of valsartan on serum N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide and serum and urinelevels of transforming growth factor β1 in patients with chronic renal failure. Method: 180 non dialysis chronic renal failure patients withserum creatinine, who were treated in the outpatient and inpatient department of our hospital and Zhuhai People's Hospital from January2015 to February 2016, were randomly divided into two groups, one group (the control group) received no intervention while the othergroup (the intervention group) received the intervention of valsartan, NT-proBNP and TGF-β1 of patients in two groups were compared andstatistically analyzed. Result: The difference of serum and urine levels of TGF-β1 of patients in the control group was not significant (P>0.05). The difference of serum and urine levels of TGF-β1 of patients in the intervention group 12 weeks before the treatment wassignificant (P<0.05) while the difference 12 weeks after the treatment was not significant (P>0.05). The NT-proBNP of patients in theintervention group before and after treatment was (739.6±85.6) pg/ml and (197.2±57.3) pg/ml respectively while that of the control groupwas (757.7±42.1) pg/ml and (291.0±78.1) pg/ml respectively, the improvement of the intervention group was significantly better thanthat of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Valsartan could effectively decrease theNT-proBNP and TGF-β1 of patients with chronic renal failure and control the development of the disease.
