吴茱萸穴位贴敷辅助治疗疱疹性龈口炎的前瞻性随机对照研究

A prospective randomized controlled study on the co-effect of application in Yongquan acupoint with Wuzhuyu in treating herpetic stomatitis

目的:评价蒲地蓝口服液与吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴联合应用治疗小儿疱疹性龈口炎的临床效果。方法:2014年6月—2014年10月收治疱疹性龈口炎患儿90例,前瞻性随机将其分为治疗组和对照组各45例。两组均给予蒲地蓝口服液等常规治疗,治疗组加用吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴,依据主要症状分级量化表对患儿治疗前后表现评分,治疗5 d后将两组的治疗效果进行对比。结果:所有患者均完成治疗,治疗组总有效率为100.0%,明显高于对照组(87.0%),差异具有统计学意义(x2=6.429,P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗与吴茱萸外敷涌泉穴联合应用治疗小儿疱疹性龈口炎,能够提高治疗效果,且安全简便,值得临床推广。

Objective: To evaluate the co-effect of application in Yongquan acupoint with Wuzhuyu in treating children herpeticstomatitis. Method: 90 children patients with herpetic stomatitis, who were treated in our hospital from June to October 2014,wererandomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventionalmethods, namely, Pudilan Xiaoyan oral Iiquid,et al. The treatment group received extra application in Yongquan acupoint with Wuzhuyu.The performance of children patients before and after treatment were evaluated according to the classification and quantification scoresheet of the main symptom,and the effects of two groups were compared after 5 days. Results: All the patients completed their treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.0%), and therewas significant statistical difference between the two groups (x2=6.429, P<0.05). Conclusion: Combining conventional treatment withthe application of Wuzhuyu in Yongquan acupoint could improve the effect in treating children herpetic stomatitis, and this method wasconvenient, safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
