增液汤联合杞菊地黄丸治疗干眼病的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察增液汤联合杞菊地黄丸对干眼病肝肾阴虚证的疗效。方法:将96例临床诊断为干眼病肝肾阴虚证患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组予以人工泪液治疗,观察组予以增液汤联合杞菊地黄丸治疗。结果:治疗前与治疗后组内比较,观察组BUT、SIt、FL均有一定程度的改善(P<0.05),对照组结果同上。治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组BUT延长、SIt增多、FL降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疗效比较,观察组总有效率为95.8%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:增液汤联合杞菊地黄丸能有效提高干眼病肝肾阴虚证患者泪液分泌功能、减轻其角膜炎症及角膜损伤,改善其症状和体征。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zengye Decoction combined with Qiju Dihuang Pill in treatingophthalmoxerosis of syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods: 96 patients with ophthalmoxerosis of syndrome of yindeficiency of liver and kidney were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was treated withartificial tears while the observation group received Zengye Decoction combined with Qiju Dihuang Pill. Results: The comparison withinthe group before treatment and after treatment showed that BUT, SIt, FL of the observation group had certain degree of improvement (P<0.05), it was the same with the control group. After treatment, compared with that of the control group, BUT and SIt of the observationgroup increased, FL decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The efficacy of the two groups was compared, theeffective rate of the observation group was 95.8% and that of the control group was 83.3%, the difference between two groups wasstatistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Zengye Decoction combined with Qiju Dihuang Pill could effectively improve the tearsecretion of patients with ophthalmoxerosis of syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney, it could reduce the inflammation of thecornea and corneal injury in addition to improving the symptoms and signs.
