观察对比腰椎间盘突出MRI与CT诊断的应用价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的:对比分析MRI和CT在腰椎间盘突出症诊断中的应用效果。方法:抽选我院收治的47例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为观察对象,先后给予其MRI与CT检查,对比分析检查结果。结果:所有患者均经病理检查确诊,其中,MRI检查确诊率为97.9%;同CT确诊的85.1%相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:同CT检查相比,MRI检查准确率更高,但临床上医生需具体结合患者情况选择对应检查方法,并积极采用两种方法相结合的方式来提升临床确诊率。 Objective: To compare the application effect of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 47cases of lumbar disc herniation patients treated in our hospital were selected as the observation objects and were given MRI and CTexamination; the examination results were compared and analyzed. Results: All patients were confirmed by pathological examination, thediagnosis rate of MRI was 97.9%, and that of CT was 85.1%, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with CTexamination, the accuracy of MRI examination was higher, but the clinical doctor should be specific in choosing correspondingexamination method based on the patient's situation and should actively apply two methods to enhance the clinical diagnosis rate.
