西帕依固龈液应用于牙龈炎致牙龈出血的临床探讨

Clinical study of Xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of bleeding gums caused by gingivitis

目的:对西帕依固龈液在牙龈炎致牙龈出血疾病治疗中的临床运用效果进行探讨。方法:按随机数字表法,将我院所收治的牙龈炎致牙龈出血患者76例均分成实验组与对照组,在基础治疗(自洁、洁治、刮治等)的前提下,对照组予以口泰含漱液治疗,实验组予以西帕依固龈液治疗,并比较两组患者的疗效。结果:实验组患者治疗后的总有效率(92.1%)比对照组患者(76.3%)高,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对牙龈炎致牙龈出血采取西帕依固龈液治疗,效果确切,且不良反应少,值得推行。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of bleeding gums caused bygingivitis. Methods: 76 cases with gingival bleeding induced by gingivitis, admitted into our hospital were randomly divided into anexperimental group and a control group using random number table method. The control group was given mouth Thai gargle liquidtreatment, on the basis of treatment (self cleaning, scaling and scaling, etc.), while the experimental group was given Xipayi solid gingivalfluid treatment; the treatment effects of the 2 groups were compared after the treatment. Results: The effective rate (92.1%) in theexperimental group was significantly higher than in the control group (76.3%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The Xipayi mouth rinse is effective in the treatment of gingivitis caused by bleeding gums with less adverse reactions, which isworthy of promotion.
