温针配合针刺运动疗法治疗76例肩周炎疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of needle warming moxibustion combined with acupuncture and exercise therapy in treating 76 cases of periarthritis of shoulder

目的:观察温针配合针刺运动疗法对肩周炎的疗效。方法:对76例肩周炎患者按Doll’s临床病例随机表随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组应用温针、针刺运动疗法,对照组应用电脑中频、超短波治疗,疗程20 d。结果:治疗组与对照组显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),疼痛指数、肩关节功能改善有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of needle warming moxibustion combined with acupuncture and exercisetherapy in treating periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: 76 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into the observationgroup and the control group according to the Doll’s clinical case random list. The observation group received needle warming moxibustioncombined with acupuncture and exercise therapy while the control group received computer intermediate frequency, ultrashort wavetherapy, the treatment lasted 20 days. Results: The difference of the efficacy of the observation group and the control group was ofstatistical significance (P<0.01), the difference of the improvement of the pain index and shoulder function was of statistical significance(P<0.01). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.
