利用区域心电信息平台实现医疗资源的有效整合

Realizing the effective integration of medical resources by using the regional ECG information platform

目的:探讨医疗资源整合中区域心电信息平台的作用,为新医疗服务模式建立、医疗服务质量提高等提供借鉴。方法:在东莞市寮步镇社区卫生服务中心社,通过建立区域心电信息平台,比较平台建立前后的医疗服务质量。结果:在应用区域心电信息平台后,服务站覆盖范围、电子档案完整度、心电图诊断时间等较之前都有了显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:区域心电图信息平台对医疗资源有效整合起着极大作用,能够大幅度提高医疗服务质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective: To explore the function of regional ECG information platform in the integration of medical resources, with aprospect of providing reference for the establishment of new medical service model and the improvement of the quality of medical service.Methods: Regional ECG information platform was established in the Community Health Centre of Liaobu Town, Dongguan City, thequality of medical service before and after the platform establishment was compared. Results: After applying regional ECG informationplatform, the service station coverage, electronic file integrity and ECG diagnosis time were improved significantly, the difference wassignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Regional ECG information platform played a vital role in the integration of medical resources, it couldimprove the quality of medical service significantly, therefore, it was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
