模糊影响图在隧道工程风险评价中的应用

摘要 隧道工程施工中存在大量不确定因素,科学分析和评估这些因素对项目的成功具有重要的意义。本文对风险管理方法加以讨论,在分析隧道工程项目风险评价体系的基础上,结合影响图理论和模糊数学,构造科学有效的模糊影响图风险评价模型,进行分析并给出结论,并以某隧道工程为实例进行验证,从而为企业实施风险管理提供可靠的参考依据。 There is a lot of uncertainty in tunnel construction, there fore scientific analysis and evaluation ofthese factors have important implications for the success of the project. Basing on analysis of tunnel engineeringproject risk evaluation system, the combination of theory and fuzzy influence diagram, this article discusses riskmanagement methods, constructs scientifically valid risk assessment model, analyzes and draws conclusions, andvalidates it by a tunnel project as an example. Thereby, this article provides a reliable reference for corporate riskmanagement.
