摘要 在硬脂酸中加入膨胀石墨,用熔融共混法制备了硬脂酸/膨胀石墨复合相变材料,对复合相变材料的微观结构、热性能、稳定性、储放热能力等进行了表征分析,探究了膨胀石墨对硬脂酸结构与性能的影响规律。结果表明:硬脂酸/膨胀石墨复合相变材料结构上是硬脂酸与膨胀石墨的物理结合,未发生化学反应生成其他物质,保持了两者的优良性能;随着膨胀石墨质量的增加,复合相变材料储放热时间减少,热效率提高,稳定性增强,同时相变温度和相变潜热降低。 The composite phase change materials of stearic acid/expanded graphite were prepared with expanded graphite andstearic acid by melt blending. The microstructure, thermal properties, stabilities and heat storage and release capacity of the compos-ite phase change materials were characterized. The influence of expanded graphite on the structure and properties of stearic acidwas studied. Experimental results showed, stearic acid/expanded graphite composite phase change materials were physical combina-tion of stearic acid and expanded graphite, which was not a chemical reaction and maintained good properties of both. With the in-crease of content of expanded graphite, the time of heating and releasing decreased, the efficiency increased, and the stability wasenhanced. While the phase change temperature and the latent heat of phase change were decreased.
