Countermeasures and Suggestions on the Establishment and Optimization of Advocating Scientific and technological Innovation social Ecology

习近平总书记提出的"崇尚创新",是"创新发展"理念的提升。"崇尚创新"的核心是崇尚科技创新。本文论析了崇尚科技创新客观必要性,并指出其三个基本条件:坚强而智慧的指挥中枢、强劲而优胜的科技实体、优良而宽广的社会生态,其中第三个条件是我国的短板。文中对建立和优化崇尚科技创新的社会生态提出具体建议。

"Advocating innovation" proposed by general secretary Xi Jinping is the promotion of the con?cept of "innovation and development". The core of "advocating innovation" is scientific and technological inno?vation. This paper discusses and analyzes the objective necessity of advocating scientific and technological inno?vation, and points out its three basic conditions: strong and wise command center, strong and superior scientificand technical entity, excellent and broad social ecology, of which the third condition is China's short board. Inthis paper, we put forward some concrete suggestions on the establishment and optimization of the social ecologyfor advocating scientific and technological innovation.
