Research on R & D Investment of Science and Technology Enterprises in Henan Province

科技型企业对促进我国科技和经济的发展、实现产业结构升级起着重要作用,也是培育新的经济增长点的中坚力量。近几年,我国从中央到地方加大了科技资金的投入与政策支持,但是与国外发达国家相比研发投资总量并不高,且质量低下,还是存在很大的差距。本文通过研究河南省科技型研发投资情况,找出存在的问题,并提出政策性建议,以期望能够为政府解决科技企业发展问题提供借鉴,更好地提升其技术创新投入能力,进而其促进技术进步和快速发展。

Science and technology enterprises play important roles in promoting the development of sci?ence and technology and economy in our country, and realizing the upgrading of industrial structure, and alsothe main force to cultivate new economic growth point. In recent years, China has increased its investment in sci?ence and technology funds and policy support from the central to local governments, but compared with foreigndeveloped countries, research and development investment is not high, and the quality is low, there is still a biggap. Through Henan Province science and technology R & D investment research, this paper finds out the exist?ing problems, and puts forward policy and suggestions, expecting to provide reference for the government tosolve development problems in science and technology enterprises, to better improve the technological innova?tion input ability, and thus promoting the technological progress and rapid development.
