摘要
制冷装置用小型压力容器设计与GB 150—2011《压力容器》设计要求存在较大差异。本文通过Ansys软件分析小型压力容器特殊结构设计的安全性,以扫描电镜分析铜管与封头的钎焊结合显微形貌,分析钎焊结构的主要缺陷。
The design requirements of small pressure vessels for refrigeration equipmentare different from GB !50-20!! Pres似reW ss仏. The safety of the special structuredesign of pressure vessel is analyzed using Ansys software. The microstructure weldedjoints of copper tube and head are analyzed by scanning electron microscope and the maindefects of brazing structure are exposed.
