摘要
利用控制变量法探究不同工艺处理的电抗器对变频空调器室外机噪声的影响,试验结果表明:电抗器噪声值主要体现在室外机噪声频谱的16 k Hz高频附近;线圈经过2次普通浸漆处理且硅钢片毛刺长度小于0.02 mm的电抗器比1次普通浸漆处理且硅钢片毛刺长度大于0.02 mm的电抗器单体噪声值低10.0 d B(A),室外机整机噪声值低2.0 d B(A);线圈经过1次普通浸漆处理,硅钢片毛刺长度小于0.02 mm的电抗器比毛刺长度大于0.02 mm的电抗器噪声值低3.3 d B(A);相同的硅钢片长度,真空浸漆比1次普通浸漆的电抗器噪声值低13.3 d B(A)。
The study on the influence of reactor with different processing on the outdoorunites noise of frequency conversion air conditioner is conducted using control variantmethod. The experimental study results show that the noise levels of reactor manifested in the vicinity of 16 kHz high frequency of outdoor’s noise spectrum. Thenoise of the reactor, whose coil is twice varnished processing and the silicon stell less than 0. 02 mm, is lower than that of the reactor with coil once varnished silicon steel sheet burr longer than 0. 02 mm by 10. 0 dB(A) , and the overall noise of outdoor equipmentis also lower by 2. 0 dB(A). When the coil of reactor is varnished once, the noise ofthe reactor with silicon stell sheet burr shorter than 0. 02 mm is lower than that of the reactor with silicon steel sheet burr longer than 0. 02 mm by 3. 3 dB(A) ; under the same length of steelburr of the reactor, the noise of the reactor with coil undergoing vacuum impregnation is lowerthan that of the eractor with coil undergoing once varnished processing by 13. 3 dB(A).
