摘要 探讨了在氧气条件下,利用金属盐催化烯烃氧化裂解生成羰基化合物的反应,考察了金属催化剂种类,反应溶剂和温度等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明,在氧气条件下(常压),以Fe(OAc)2 为催化剂,DME(二甲基乙二醚)为溶剂,温度为80 ℃时反应12 h,烯烃能够顺利转化为羰基化合物,收率为55 ~ 67%,该反应适用于二取代和单取代端烯,操作简单,所用试剂廉价易得,且对环境友好,是一种简便、绿色的合成方法。关键词:氧气;烯烃;氧化裂解; A reaction of metal-catalyzed oxidative cleavage of alkenes to carbonyl compounds in the presence of oxygen molecularwas developed. The influence of different catalysts,solvent,temperature were investigated. The results showed that the reaction usingsubstituted terminal alkenes catalyzed by Fe(OAc)2 in DME solvent at 80 ℃ for 12 h under oxygen molecular gave 55 ~ 67%yields. The protocol with priority of simple procedure,easily available substrates and environment friendly feature provided a facileand green methodology for oxidative cleavage of alkenes.
