摘要
根据LED支架的结构特点,采用端面环形浇口、复合侧向抽芯和推板脱模机构设计了一副精密注塑模具。重点分析和研究了该模具的成型零件、浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构、定距分型机构、温度控制系统、导向定位系统和脱模系统。模具在侧向抽芯和脱模机构中均有多处创新结构。
According to the structure characteristics of the LED bracket,a pair of injection mould was designed by the endface annular gate,the co-side core pulling mechanism and the push plate ejection mechanism. The molding parts,the gating system,the side core pulling mechanism,the fixed distance parting mechanism,the temperature control system,the guiding and positioningsystem and the ejection system were analyzed and studied. Mold has many innovative architecture in side core pulling mechanismand the release mechanism.
