摘要
基于产品计算和制造实际经验,介绍了一种铁心电抗器设计中气隙数量的取值方法,通过气隙数量的计算分析和对铁饼工艺偏差、气隙排布等情况的分析,得到相对合理的气隙取值。结果表明该取值方法有助于提高铁心电抗器电抗值的一次性合格率和提高生产效率。
Based on product calculation and practical experience of manufacture, this paper introduced a kind of air gap valuing method iniron core reactor design. After calculation analysis of air gap value, discus technology bias and gas configuration, this paper obtained the relativereasonable air gap value. The results show that this method helps to improve the disposable pass rates of reactance value and production efficiency.
