摘要
套管引线接头发热缺陷引起的故障是变压器的多发故障,介绍了一台变压器高压套管接头过热缺陷,通过分析红外图谱以及直流电阻测试数据,确认出缺陷部位。经解体检查找出发热缺陷原因系定位螺母松动所致,给出了缺陷处理方法,并提出防范此类缺陷再次发生的措施。
The fault caused by the generate heat defect of casing pipe lead connector happens frequently in transformers. Introduction wasmade to the overheating defect of transformer high-voltage casing pipe connector. The defect location was determined by analyzing infraredspectrogram and direct current resistance test data. After strip inspection, it is found that the generate heat defect is caused by the tottering setscrewnut. This paper gave the defect treatment methods and raised counter measures to keep away this type of defects happening again.
