摘要
介绍了一起ZHW15-40.5复合式组合电器的电流互感器精度异常的故障。通过对产品结构的分析,从电流互感器的工作原理角度找到了故障的起因,并对产品的一个螺栓连接的结构进行了改进,解决了电流互感器故障。结果表明:在以后的产品结构设计时,应尽量避免围绕电流互感器线圈生成的闭合回路,防止影响电流互感器的正常工作。
Introduction was made to an accident of abnormal current transformer precision of ZHW15-40.5 combined type composite apparatus.This paper analyzed the product structure and found the failure reason from the corner of the working principle of current transformers. Thestructure of the products bolted connection was improved to eliminate the current transformer faults. In subsequent product structure design theclosed loop circuit generated around the current transformer should be avoided, to prevent the regular work of the current transformer from beingaffected.
