基于IEC 61850标准的配置文件一致性测试方法研究

Research on Configuration File Conformance Testing Method Based on Standard IEC 61850

IEC 61850配置文件一致性测试是保证智能电子设备正确通信完成互操作的重要手段。提出了一种基于模糊综合评价模型的IEC 61850配置文件一致性测试方法。结合IEC 61850标准和一致性测试工程实际要求,从标准、技术和经济三个层面提出了评判模板优劣的指标,在改进层次分析法计算各指标相对于目标的权重值基础上,采用模糊综合评价模型对待选模板进行模板优属性的评估,并给出合理的模板采用建议。依据工程实际数据进行算例仿真,验证了该方法的有效性。

The conformance testing of configuration files based on IEC 61850 standards is an important method that can guarantee the correctcommunication between the intelligent electronic devices. This paper proposed a kind of IEC 61850 configuration file conformance testingmethod based on the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. Combining with the standard IEC 61850 and the engineering practice requirements ofconformance testing, this paper raised the evaluation index of the template which was about the standards, technology and economy. The weightvalue of each index was calculated by using the improved analytic hierarchy process. On this basis, the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model wasused to evaluate the selection of the template and the reasonable suggestions were given. The validity of the method is demonstrated by numericalsimulation of the actual data.
