模糊贝叶斯网络融合多传感器故障信息可靠性方法

Fuzzy Bayesian network based method to fuse fault information from various sensors and improve reliability of fault information

传感器作为测量被控系统输出信号的主要装置,从多类型传感器的故障数据中提取有价值信息,综合不同传感器数据,整合同类型的数据,融合信息优化数据结果,以便准确获得有效信息。在此运用贝叶斯网络的条件概率描述了模糊信息,分析并提出模糊贝叶斯网络多传感系统,建立可靠性模型,该方法应用到飞行器不确定分析过程来处理多传感器模糊故障信息,实验证明可提升系统的分析效率。

The sensor fuse system is the main unit to detect the output signal from the controlled system,extract valuableinformation from the fault data obtained by multi?type sensors,combine different sensors’data,integrate the same?type data,and fuse the results of optimized information data,so as to get the effective information accurately. The method to build the reli?ability model in the multi?sensor system of fuzzy Bayesian network is analyzed and proposed. The conditional probabilities ofBayesian network is used to describe fuzzy information. The method has been applied to the aircraft multi?sensor fault informationprocessing and uncertainty analysis process based on Bayesian network to improve the efficiency of system reliability analysis.
