摘要 建筑钢结构件的广泛应用,让焊接技术得到发展。如何提升建筑结构件的承载力是提升焊接技术的一个重要研究课题。针对建筑钢结构焊接变形的危害和基本类型,研究了建筑钢结构焊接残余变形量的影响因素并做了具体原因分析,在介绍了建筑钢结构焊接变形的焊接节点构造设计措施同时,提出了建筑钢结构焊接变形的工艺治理与预防措施。 The development of steel industry caused the extensive application of construction steel structure, and put forward higher requirement to the welding equipment and welding method. How to improve the existing welding technology has become an important subject. Aiming at the harmness and basic types of construction steel structure welding deformation, we conducted research on the influence factors of welding residual deformation of construction steel structure and analyzed the reasons. This paper introduced the construction steel structure design measures for welding deformation of welded joint structure, came up with process treatment and prevention measures for the construction steel structure welding deformation.
