摘要
通过化学成分设计及采用合理的冶炼、连铸、轧制、热处理工艺,兴澄特钢用450mm连铸坯开发了145mm厚13Mn Ni Mo R容器板。性能检测结果表明:交货态钢板金相组织为F+B,无论交货态,还是模拟热成型态,钢板力学性能能满足标准要求且富裕量较大。
Through chemical composition design and reasonable processes of steelmaking, continuous casting, rolling and heat treatment, the 13MnNiMoR steel container plate with thickness 145mm is developed from 450mm continuous casting slab in Xingcheng Special Steel Works Co., LTD. The performance test result of the plate shows that the microstructure is F+ B in delivery state and its mechanical properties affluently meet the requirements stipulated in the standards in both delivery state and thermal forming simulation state.
