摘要
通过对锻造冷轧辊用钢8Cr5MoV进行理论分析和试验研究,探索确定了消除液析碳化物的均匀化工艺及其温度和时间参数,并成功应用于冷轧辊生产实践,验证了该工艺的可行性。
Through the theory analysis and test research on steel 8Cr5MoV for forged cold roll, the homogenization process for eleminating carbides precipitation and its parameters of temperature and time were discussed in this paper.This technology successfully applied to production of cold roll to verify the feasibility of the process.
