摘要
对Gr.2 纯钛管材加工工艺对性能组织及晶粒度的影响进行分析。结果表明:纯钛管材冷加工变形量为45%,热处理温度选择530℃~600℃,冷加工变形量为60%,热处理温度选择500℃~600℃,可获得优异的力学性能和显微组织;变形量为60%,经500℃热处理,晶粒度达到12 级,晶粒尺寸为5.6μm。
The effect of process technology on microstructure and grain size of pure titanium Gr.2 tube were analyzed in this paper. The results showed the proper heat treatment temperature is 530℃~600℃ with the deformation degree of 45%, and 500℃ to 600℃ with the deformation degree of 60%. Under the above conditions the excellent mechanical properties and microstructures could be obtained; when the deformation degree reached 60%, the grain size is 5.6μm(No.12) after heat treatment at 500℃.
