摘要
本文针对元素分析谱线的选择、仪器分析参数的优化、基体元素的影响、干扰元素的校正及消除方法等进行了研究,确定了最佳试验条件;采用系数校正消除元素V309.310nm对Nb309.418nm的干扰;离峰背景扣除法扣除基体元素Fe的干扰;试验结果表明:检出限为0.020 mg/L^0.050mg/L;加标回收率为90.0%~1.11%;方法的精密度(RSD,n=11)小于1.50%,本试验测定结果与湿法分析结果做对照,都在允许偏差范围内,表明此方法精密度好,准确度高。
Base on the selection of element spectrum line, optimization of the instrument analysis parameters, effect of matrix elements, correction of interfering elements and relevant eliminating methods, the best test conditions were determined in this paper;the interference of element V309.310nm to Nb309.418nm was eliminated by using factor correction; the interference of matrix element Fe was eliminated with the help of off-peak background subtraction.The test result showed that the detection limit was 0.020 mg/L~0.050mg/L; the recovery rate was 90.0%~1.11%;the precision of this method(RSD,n=11) was lower than 1.50%; the results of both this test method and wet analysis were in the range of permissible deviation, which showed that the method used in this test has high precision and accuracy.
