在港珠澳大桥沉管施工中,节段接头是施工控制的关键部位,聚脲防水涂层作为节段接头第一道防水、防砂结构,其施工效率直接影响沉管舾装进度,其施工质量则影响沉管使用寿命。文章详细介绍管节接头聚脲防水涂层在该工程中的应用,可为类似工程借鉴。
In the process of construction of immersed tunnels for Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the segment joint is the key part in construction control. As the first waterproof and anti-sand structureon segment joint, the spray polyurea waterproofing coating plays a particularly important role. Its construction efficiency affects directly the outfitting schedule of immersed tunnels, and its construction quality affects the service life of the immersed tunnels. This article details the application of polyurea waterproof coating on segment joint in this project, which can be a reference for similar projects.
