摘要
以港珠澳大桥岛隧工程沉管隧道管节工厂化预制为工程背景,介绍大型环状止水带—GINA止水带的安装工艺,阐述了用于止水带吊装的吊架设计和吊点布置。实际工程中已成功安装了28条GINA止水带,该工艺安全可靠,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
Based on the industrialized prefabrication of immersed tunnel segments for the island and tunnel project of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,the paper introduces the technology for installation of large annular GINA gaskets and expounds the design of lifting bracket and the layout of the lifting points for handling of the gaskets. A total of 28 GINA gaskets have been successfully installed in practice, which proves that the technology is safe and reliable, and has broad application prospects.
