摘要 为满足港珠澳大桥岛隧工程后续沉管安装需求,保障施工和船机设备安全,对碎石基床整平船抬升齿条进行检测修补。文中介绍了齿条修补背景、修补范围和修补工艺,利用最简单有效的工艺,恢复了整平船性能,为后续沉管安装提供了设备保障。 To meet the requirements for subsequent laying of immersed tunnel sections for the island - tunnel project for Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and to ensure the safety of construction and the safety of vessels and equipment, the lifting racks for the riprap leveling ship was inspected and repaired. The paper introduces the background, scope and technology of the repair, and the most simple and effective technology used for the repair, with which the ship's performance was restored to guarantee the equipment requirements for the subsequent installation of immersed tunnel sections.
