工厂法钢筋流水施工技术在沉管预制中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为沉管预制专门建造预制工厂,在厂内可流水式批量生产沉管管节,适用于管节数量多的沉管隧道工程。工厂法中采用的钢筋流水施工工艺通过移动台车依次在多个绑扎分区内进行钢筋绑扎,最终将钢筋笼置换至模板上,实现了沉管钢筋施工快速、流水的目的。 The factory method for prefabrication of immersed tube,where tunnel segments are fabricated in flow -line, is suitable when the tunnel segments are numerous. The way of the steel bars prepared in flow-line production as in a factory production line will have reinforcement made and fixed in several steel bar fixing areas in turn by a moving bogies,then the completed reinforcement cages are transported from the moving bogies to the formwork. By this way, reinforcement is made and fixed rapidly and in a flow-line production.
