探析妇科腹部手术后硬膜外持续阵痛药物对功能恢复的影响和护理

Analysis of Abdominal Gynecological Surgery Epidural Pain Medication for Sustained Functional Recovery and Care

目的:对妇科腹部手术后硬膜外持续阵痛药物对相关机体功能恢复的影响予以系统探析。方法:以我院接治的94例妇科腹部手术患者作为研究对象,根据术后硬膜持续镇痛药物差异分成观察组和对照组,每组47例;对照组应用吗啡镇痛混合药液,观察组应用曲马多镇痛混合液,对两组术后机体功能恢复情况进行评价和分析。结果:术后观察组首次肛门排气时间为(34.51±4.16)h,明显短于对照组的(50.38±5.11)h,两组数据存在差异,有统计意义(P<0.05);两组术后首次排尿通畅率有差异(P<0.05);术后下床活动时间、尿潴留、睡眠等两组均无明显差异,不具统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:在妇科腹部手术后应用不同的硬膜外持续阵痛药物,患者的肠胃、膀胱等功能的恢复有一定差异,需要加强相关护理工作,促进患者康复。

Objective: Analysis on the continuous epidural labor pain after abdominal gynecological surgery related to the influence of drugs on thebody to be functional recovery of the system. Methods: 94 cases of gynecological abdominal surgery patients received treatment in our hospital asthe object of study, were divided into observation group and control group according to the duration of postoperative analgesia, with 47 cases in eachgroup; the control group received morphine mixed liquid, observation group received tramadol mixture of postoperative recovery of body functions.Results: Postoperative group first flatus time was (34.51±4.16) h, significantly shorter than the control group (50.38±5.11) h. The two data sets aredifferent, with statistical significance (P<0.05); both groups after the first urination rate differences (P<0.05); postoperative ambulation time, urinaryretention, sleep and other groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: After abdominal gynecological surgery using differentcontinuous epidural pains to restore the drug, the patient's stomach and bladder functions have been improved, thus the patients need the relevant care,to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
