摘要
通过对中国石油长庆石化公司FCC装置的重要工艺操作变量进行分析和优化,得出在相同外界条件下,最佳预热温度、反应温度和剂油比的数值,此条件下不仅提高了装置的裂解能力,明显改善了产品分布,更有效降低了装置运行的能量损耗,提高了经济效益。
This article identifies the optimum technological parameters covering preheat temperature,reaction temperatureand catalyst to oil ratio by the analysis and optimization for the key process operating variables of FCC unit in Changqing.It indicatesthat under these conditions it boosts the thermal catalytic cracking ability and the product slate of the unit,and achieves excellence inenergy efficiency and economic benefits as well.
