摘要 近年来,随着国家对环保要求的日益提高,各炼厂烟气脱硫、脱销项目纷纷上马。独山子石化根据Ⅰ催化装置的再生烟气量小、高含硫含氮量的特点,通过对比SCR+EDV技术、罗塔斯+EDV技术、脱硫脱硝一体化技术、WGS技术,最终选择工艺技术方案流程相对简单、适应性强、运行费用相对较低的SCR+EDV技术。装置改造后,自2014年7月起烟气中SO_X浓度、NO_X浓度能够满足奎独乌特别排放要求。 As the increasing national requirements on environmental protection,more and more projects of flue-gas desulfurization and denitrogenation are launched in many oil refinery plants in recent years.Basing on the characteristics of low volume,high sulfur content and high nitrogen content in the regeneration flue-gas of catalytic unit I,Dushanzi company compares the technologies of SCR+EDV,LoTOx+EDV,simultaneous desulfurization/denitrification and WGS,and finally chooses SCR+EDV technology because it is relatively simple,well adapted and its operational cost is relatively low.After the retrofit is completed,the concentrations of SOx and NOx in regeneration flue-gas can meet the special emission requirements in Kuytun,Usa and Dushanzi area since July,2014.
