汽油自动优化调合模型在广东H炼厂数据应用分析

Analysis of data from Guangdong H oil refinery plant with gasoline automatic optimization blending model

近年来,国际原油价格一降再降,国内成品油价格也随之下降。国内炼油厂的利润也在不断下降。国际上,一些炼油、化工技术公司纷纷对各个装置和生产的全过程进行优化,可是这些优化出来的结果,却在成品油生产的最后一个阶段--油品调合阶段丧失殆尽。为了能让国内炼油厂不要输在最后一个阶段,所以本文针对炼油厂特点和提供的数据进行油品调合模型建模。

with the falling of international crude price in recent years,the price of domestic oil products has been reducing accordingly.Also,the profit of domestic oil refinery plants declines constantly.In the world,some oil refinery and chemical plants come to optimize the overall process of their operations and production,but the optimized results ultimately lost in the last stage of oil products production,that is the stage of oil product blending.In order for domestic refinery plants not to lose in the final stage,and basing on the characteristics of refinery plants and data provided by them,this paper builds a model for oil blending.
