摘要 大型高压煤气化制氢装置,煤气经过净化后去提氢目前主要有三种不同流程的变压吸附工艺,为比较三种流程的优劣,以产氢100000 Nm^3/h的工业装置为基准,分别从工艺配置、产品指标、公用工程消耗、占地、投资、运行成本几个方面综合对比,最终结果表明:将一段PSA解吸气加压进行二次提取氢气的"两段法变压吸附"工艺H2总收率99%,为三种流程中最高;装置单位能耗11.38MJ/Nm^3,氢气成本1.05元/Nm^3及年运行成本84338万元,均为三种流程中最低。 There are three pressure swing adsorption processes for hydrogen extraction after coal gas purified in large highpressurehydrogen production from coal gasification unit.This paper describes a case study of a 100,000 nm3/h hydrogen industrialplant in terms of the process configuration,product index,investment and operation costs,site area,utility consumption tocompare the advantages and disadvantages of these processes.The final results show that the H2 total yield of “two stage pressure swingadsorption” is 99%,the highest of the three processes;the unit energy consumption is 11.38 MJ/Nm3,hydrogen cost 1.05 RMB/Nm3 and operating cost 843.38 million Yuan,which are the lowest in the three processes.
