摘要
煤层气排采井大多采用常规游梁抽油机,电机采用普通励磁调速三相异步电动机,能耗较高,而随着煤层气开采时间的增长,煤层含水量减少,部分排采单井不出液或产液量极少,也造成能源浪费,根据实际生产情况,现场应用变频节能电机,同时应用煤层气自动化系统对无液单井实施间抽,节约电能,减少能源消耗。
The conventional beam pumping unit is widely used in CBM wells,the motor of which are common excitation and speed control three phase asynchronous motor with high energy consumption.As the coal-bed methane mining time increasing,coal water content decreases,some single wells produce less liquid,which also causes energy waste.The variable-frequency energy-saving motor is applied according to the actual production condition along with coal bed methane automation system for intermittent in single well,which can save power and reduce energy consumption.
