摘要
防止停工期间双脱系统中所含设备严重腐蚀、Fe S和催化剂自燃及溶剂降解,开展对双脱系统停工保护技术的技术攻关。制定长短期混合停工模式,及时应对原料气处理量波动的实际情况。通过对多种保护方式进行优缺点比对,确定最佳保护方式。对系统进行大范围分区域保压试验,确定最佳停工保护工艺参数,达到对双脱系统进行高效可靠停工保护的目的。
In order to avoid the components of double removal system from severe corrosion and catalyst self-ignition during the shutdown period,it is necessary to research the shutdown protection technology.The advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of protection technology are compared in this paper,and finally the optimal protection manner is determined.
