Review and Research Development of New Technology for the Production of Silicon Calcium Alloy Smelting

随着社会不断进步,经济持续发展,我国硅钙合金行业已经进入崭新的发展阶段。硅钙合金是冶炼高质量钢的一种理想化脱氧剂、去硫剂,可以有效改变钢中残留夹杂物性态,减少其含量,进一步提高钢材力学性能,是生产高纯净钢的重要净化剂。因此,本文客观地分析了硅钙合金生产发展过程,介绍了其冶炼新工艺。

With the development of society, economy and sustainable development, the development stage of China's industry has a newcalcium alloy. Silicocalcium smelting high quality steel of an idealized deoxidizing agent, desulfurizing agent can effectively change the steelresidue in inclusions of state, to reduce the content, to further improve the mechanical properties of steel, is important for production of highpurity steel purifying agent. Therefore, the author objectively analyzes the development process of the production of silicon calcium alloy, thispaper introduces a new technology of smelting.
