摘要
本文通过介绍机械式复合管的结构特点、晶间腐蚀机理和晶间腐蚀试验方法。通过草酸电解试验和双环电化学动电位再活化法,对四种内衬材料304、316L、2205和825进行了耐晶间腐蚀性能对比试验。四种内衬材料的晶间腐蚀敏感性由小到大排序:825<2205<316L<304,试验结论为机械式复合管的内衬选材提供了依据。
This paper describes the structural characteristics of the mechanical clad pipe,intergranular corrosion mechanismand intergranular corrosion testing method.By the oxalic acid electrolysis test and the method of double-loop electrochemicalpotentiokinetic reactivation,the results of intergranular corrosion resistance of four lining material of 304,316L,2205 and 825 arecompared by comparison test.The ascending order of intergranular corrosion susceptibility of them:825 <2205 <316L <304.The testconclusion provides the basis for the selection of the lining material of mechanical clad pipe.
