封头热压制裂纹成因分析

Cause analysis of flaw in hot formed heads

针对椭圆形封头热压制裂纹产生原因,本文采用宏观检查、力学性能试验、无损检测和显微组织分析等检验方法进行分析,结果表明:该封头母材存在多处分层,虽然满足JB/T4730.3-2005 UTⅡ级要求,是压制封头产生裂纹的主要原因。

This article describes the methods to explore the cause of the flaw in the hot formed oval heads,which include macroinspection,microanalysis,mechanical properties and non-destructive tests for flaws.The results show that there exist laminations inthe base material of the head,although it meets the requirements of UT II for JB/T4730.3-2005,it is the main reason for the flawsof the pressed head.
