In the case of tracking and locating the PIG of the oil transportation pipeline,the accuracy of the fixed point trackingshould be ensured.Fuzzy positioning calculation is an effective method to improve the accuracy of locating.In order to improve thecredibility of the method,this paper analyzes the tracking and locating method of oil transportation pipeline and the technique ofball-following site selection,and explores its rationality.
