摘要
本文针对小洼油田稠油热采开发油井出砂问题,通过对地质特征、出砂因素等情况进行分析,研究形成了稠油热采井加固井壁防砂技术,该技术为小洼油田稠油热采井出砂治理工作提供了一种新的方法。2011年至今,该技术已在小洼油田成功实施16口井,施工成功率及防砂有效率均达100%。该技术对类似开发方式的稠油油藏有推广应用价值。
This paper aims at the problem in sand production of the heavy oil thermal recovery and developing wells in Xiaowaoilfield.Based on the analysis of geological characteristics and the effect of sand production factors,we develop the sand controltechnology for borehole wall reinforcement in heavy oil thermal recovery wells.This technology provides a new way of sand controlfor heavy oil thermal recovery wells in Xiaowa oilfield.Since 2011,this technology has been successfully implemented in 16 wells inXiaowa oilfield.Successful implementation ratio and efficient sand control ratio both reach 100%.This technology has popularizationand application value for similar heavy oil reservoir development.
