摘要
旋流除砂器是一种利用气-固两相因旋转所转产生的离心力从气流中把固体颗粒分离出来的一种分离装置,工作性质和固体颗粒存在于内部工作环境,决定了旋流除砂器器壁冲蚀磨损的必然性。既然除砂器器壁的冲蚀磨损无法避免,就只能从磨损的结构形态出发,了解器壁磨损的具体部位及磨损类型,分析磨损产生的机理,找出影响器壁冲蚀磨损的因素,降低器壁冲蚀磨损的程度。
Cyclone desander separation device is a kind of centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the gas-solid flowof solid particles are separated from the gas stream out of the use,the presence of its nature of work and the internal workingenvironment of solid particles,determines the spin flow desanding wall erosion inevitability.Since desanding wall of erosion can not beavoided,it can only departure from the morphology of wear,worn concrete wall to understand the location and type of wear,wearmechanism resulting analysis to find out the impact of the wall erosion factor and reduce the extent of wall erosion.
