摘要
高速通道压裂技术的核心在于建立不连续支撑剂充填层,形成离散的高速通道网络,提高裂缝导流能力。在具体施工中,高速通道压裂要求采用限流压裂式多簇射孔工艺、支撑剂脉冲段塞式泵注工艺、全程纤维伴注工艺等工艺。高速通道压裂技术可减少压裂材料使用量,降低环境影响,增加返排率,减小支撑剂回流的可能性,并能有效减少施工中砂堵的风险。
The core of high-speed channel fracturing lies in the establishment of the discontinuous proppant filling layer,whichforms a high-speed discrete channel network and improve the fracture conductivity.Fiber sand fracturing,limited flow of multi clusterperforation process,propping agent pulsed slug pump injection are used in high speed channel fracturing technology,which canreduce the usage of fracturing material,so as to reduce the backflow of proppant,environmental impact,sand plugging and increasethe return rate at the same time.
