Analysis of abnormal production in HD4-41 eclectic pump well

HD4-41井在下完电泵完井管柱之后,进作业队环保罐试抽,产液量降低,认为洗井不合格,吸入口有堵塞物。通过排查,最终起出管柱确定为电泵泵头处有漏点。通过对该井产液量异常的分析方法,提出了对于下电泵管柱施工过程中的注意事项和建议,对今后的作业有一定的现实指导意义。

HD4-41 electric pump well was pumped into environmental protection tank after well completion,the yielddropped. It is thought that well washing had poor quality,so the pump inlet was blocked by something dirty. Through theinvestigation,it is found that there is leakage point at the pump head. Some suggestions about the electric pump operation are offeredfor later operation by the analysis of the accident.
