摘要
针对延长气田地质特点,结合深层气井固井施工中出现的各种复杂情况,通过调整完井液性能、井眼准备、运用分级固井、正注反挤等固井工艺、合理使用前置液、优化水泥浆配方、合理选用顶替排量及井下工具等一系列固井技术措施,保证了延长气田深层气井固井施工安全,提高了固井质量。经过现场多口井应用取得了良好的效果,对延长气田乃至鄂尔多斯盆地深层气井固井具有一定的指导意义。
A series of measures are offered on account of the geological characteristics of Yanchang field and combined withall kinds of complex situations in deep gas well commenting,which include adjusting the properties of drilling fluid,hierarchicaland positive injection and back extrusion cementing,optimizing formulation of cement paste,well bore preparation and usingdisplacement liquids,pad fluids and down-hole tools to ensure the safety and quality of deep gas well cementing.The practices havegotten good results and provide guidance for deep gas cementing in Yanchang field and the Ordos Basin.
