摘要
本文对神华煤直接液化装置分馏系统的常压分馏塔及减压分馏塔进料加热炉改造前后效果进行了对比分析。技术改造后的常压分馏塔提高了侧线油品拔出,降低了减压塔的进料负荷,延长了减压塔进料加热炉的运转周期。减压塔进料加热炉的投用使得减压塔塔底温度提高了28.8℃,煤液化生成油产量提高了8.6 t/h,减压塔塔底油渣的固含量提高了13.5%、软化点提高了53.5℃。煤直接液化装置分馏系统的技术改造使装置平均油收率提高了4.96%,增加企业年收益2亿元以上。
This paper describes the performance of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation column of Shenhua coal liquefaction plant before and after revamp.The pull-out rate of sidelines in atmospheric column rises and the feedstock loading of vacuum column drops and the operating period of feedstock furnace extends after revamp.The feedstock furnace improves the bottom temperature of vacuum column by 28.8^,the yield of coal to liquid by 8.6t/h,solid content of residue in bottom of vacuum column by 13.5%, and softening point by 53.5^.The technological improvement for this system increases the average oil yields of the plant by 4.96% and the profits of the enterprise by more than 200 m Yuan annually.
